Privacy Policy
Daliworks Inc. (the “Company”) publishes this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information processed on the Daliworks website and to handle related inquiries promptly.
Purpose of Processing
The Company processes personal information only to receive website inquiries, review and respond to them, and provide consultation and information about adopting our products and services. We do not send advertising without separate consent.

Retention Period
Inquiry information is kept for one year from the date the inquiry is received and then destroyed, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Submitted information is stored in the website database and forwarded to a Google Workspace mailbox as a notification email, where staff manage it according to this period.
Outsourcing and Third-Party Services
The Company uses the following services to operate the website reliably and manages them through contracts and settings so that personal information is processed securely and only as needed.

Overseas Transfer
Personal information may be processed overseas when inquiry notifications are sent and stored (Google LLC, USA) and when automated abuse is screened (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). The items transferred are listed in the scope column above; they are transmitted over the network when an inquiry is submitted and destroyed once the purpose is fulfilled or the Company’s retention period ends.
Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact the Privacy Officer below by email or phone; after verifying your identity we will act in accordance with applicable law. Please provide accurate information so that the privacy of others is not infringed.
Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or its retention period expires. Database records and Google Workspace emails are deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult; information retained by law is kept separately only for the required period.
Security Measures
The Company applies HTTPS encryption, administrator authentication with least-privilege access, separate management of operational secrets, server security updates, automated submission checks, request rate limiting, and one-way hashing of access IPs.
